MYWAY state finish

Four Clarkston wrestlers finished their season in the top ten at the MYWAY State Wrestling Championships held at the Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek, March 23- 25.

Nick Vandermeer, from Clarkston High School, finished in first place in the 155-pound weight class. Nathan Troutvine, from Clarkston Junior High School took second place in the 196-pound weight class. AJ Ryan, also from the junior high, finished in sixth in the 131-pound weight class. Nevin Strayer, from Sashabaw Middle School, seventh in the 184-pound weight class.

Congratulations to all the Clarkston wrestlers that qualified and competed in the State wrestling tournament.
