Remove Images Village Council consent agenda New MLCC One Day Liquor Licenses April 11, 2012 Lake Orion Police Chief Jerry Narsh brought to the Village's attention the need to address newly adopted MLCC Administrative Rules that govern who may obtain a One Day Liquor Permit. Recently the Michigan Liquor Control Commission has changed who may obtain such a permit. Based on the change, Narsh expected many more requests. The action before the council was to get preference on issuing the licenses.
