The Clarkston Rotary Club hosts its spring wine tasting at Fountains Banquet Center, 6060 Maybee Road, a new location this year, on Thursday, May 3 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

"We're exited and hoping for a big turnout," said Rotarian Brad Evans.

The evening features Michigan Wineries; Bel Lago, Black Star Farms, Brengman Brothers at Crain Hill, Brys Estate, Chateau Chantel and Forty-Five North.

In addition to being available for tasting, the wines will also be available for purchase by the bottle or case.

"That's the nicest part," Evans said.

Tickets are $35 per person or $45 at the door and may be purchased from any Clarkston Rotarian, the Clarkston Chamber of Commerce or from Fountains Banquet Center.

Proceeds benefit Clarkston Rotary's many community projects.
