Students from Lake Orion were awarded at the Boys & Girl's Clubs Annual Leadership Awards Program on April 18.

Judi Yerkes was given the Community Service Award, Liz and Mike Garascia were recieved the Volunteer of the Year Award, and Drew LaVigne got Yough of the Year Award.

Each year during the National Boys & Girls Club Week, members are recognized with a Leadership Award who have demonstrated the seven attributes the Boys & Girls Club feel are of prime importance in becoming a responsible, self-reliant, caring adult. The attributes include achievement, citizenship, cooperation, participation, progress, service, and sportsmanship.
