Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m.
1. Presented resolution authorizing 1.4189 mills to be levied for the 2012 tax year. Motion to accept approved. Meeting adjourned at 6:38 p.m.

11. Fund Development committee to meet with the Friends of the Library to discuss fund raising ideas
