Remove Images I pledge allegiance to the flag... by CJ Carnacchio November 14, 2012 Clear Lake Elementary's fifth-graders gathered outside the school Friday afternoon for the raising of a brand new American flag. According to Principal Brad Bigelow, the old one had become worn and tattered, so he decided it was time to replace it. The flag-raising coincided with the school's Veterans Day activities, which included a visit from U.S. Army Specialist Michael Brennan, a veteran of the Iraq War.
