Washington, Second Floor, Oxford, Michigan 48371. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed rezoning of parcel P -04- 26-303-008, located on the east side of Lapeer Road (M-24) south of, and west of, the Village of Oxford – Address: 595 S. Lapeer Rd., Oxford, Michigan 48371, Property Owner: M. D. Hubbard Spring Co., Inc., from C-2 (General Commercial) to I-1 (Light Industrial). The current use is a permitted in the I-1 (Light Industrial) district as defined in Zoning Ordinance 67A – Article 3.5(O)(1).
