A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request(s):

The subject property is located south of Oakwood Road and east of N. Baldwin Rd., in the R-1 (Single Family) Zoning District within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.

Approval of this application, as submitted, would require a variance according to Zoning Ordinance 67A:

Article 3.7 .Schedule of District Regulations Footnote C. Lot depth to width ratio.
