MAZZA, EUGENE JR. “Jerry” of Waterford; August 3, 2012; age 75; born December 23, 1936 in Pontiac. Son of the late Eugene and Elizabeth Mazza; father of Michele (Matt) Daly, Eugene (Darcy) Mazza III, Jamie (Angelo) Marino and Dominic (Dayna) Mazza; grandfather of 18; great-grandfather of 1; brother of Agnes (Fred) Tefend of Lake Orion and Joan Nickman of Huntsville, AL. Mr. Mazza served in the United States Marines and attended Michigan State University. Jerry was a business owner for 42 years and founded Jerry’s Coney Island in Pontiac and Waterford. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family at the lake. Friends may visit Sunday and Monday 3-8 p.m. (special service Monday 7:00 p.m.) at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Visitation Tuesday, August 7th 10:00 a.m. until time Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. St. Perpetua Catholic Church, Waterford. Rev. Jack Baker celebrant. Memorials may be made to Lighthouse.
