The Village of Oxford is accepting proposals for the 500,000 Gallon Sphere Water Tower Painting Project in the Village of Oxford, Oakland County, Michigan.
The quantities/work involved in the project consists principally of the following:

Upon payment of a fee of $50.00 per set, $75.00 if mailed, which will not be refunded.
Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, surety in the form of a certificate check, bank draft or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal.
The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to reject any and/or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the date of bid opening.
