SPECIAL MEETING January 18, 2010

Members present: Thurman, McCreery, Beltramo, King, Stowell, DeWitt, Gault

1. Approved agenda.

2. Approval of the Consent Agenda which included the following:

· Township Board minutes for the Special Meeting of December 28, 2010.

· Regular Bills in the amount of $59,736.99.

· Pre-pays in the amount of $265,188.93.

3. Amended Charter Township of Brandon Administrative and Operational Policies and Procedures.

4. Accepted recommended corrections to the 2011 Budget as presented.

5. Denied request by James and Mark Cherry to rezone 12.890 acres from Rural Estates Residential to C-2 General Commercial.

6. Approved the OTV Consulting agreement.

7. Denied the request of the Clearwater Campground Association to amend the consent judgment.

8. Approved the Regular Meeting Minutes of December 20, 2010 as amended.

9. Appointed Ron Haase, Donna Ferrara and Joseph Dean to the Charter Township of Brandon Planning.

10. Appointed Donna Ferrara, Stan Skibo, Duane Getzmeyer and alternate member Dennis DeCovich to the Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals.

13. No decision on appeal of disciplinary action of July 19, 2010.

17. Approved Farmland and Open Space Preservation Application for Farmland Agreement, Parcel D03-33-300-045and Parcel D03-28-400-007.

18. Approved the amended OTV Consulting agreement.

19. Adopted MERS Resolution.
