For the remainder of the 2010-2011 school year, Ginopolis will receive a daily rate of $582.18. Beginning in the 2011-2012 school year, Ginopolis will receive a salary of $151,366, and as least as much in 2011-2012, unless, according to contact language, “the general financial condition of the district worsens, causing a general salary/wage decrease to other employees. In that case, “the superintendent’s salary shall similarly be reduced.”

Fringe Benefits:

•Life insurance in the amount of three times her annual salary

•A $10,000 tax sheltered annuity

•Up to 25 vacation days per school year

•Up to 90 days of income protection for personal illness or disability which exceed five consecutive work days in duration

•Reimbursement for membership charges for professional and civic, health or welfare organizations/board approved professional conferences

Reimbursement for “reasonable and necessary” expenses incurred on district business
