This notice of hearings is pursuant to P.A. 198 of 1974 as amended.

Public hearings are scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village of Oxford Council Chamber, 22 W. Burdick Street, Oxford, Michigan for industrial facilities tax (IFT) exemption applications received from Royal Oak Boring and Royal Oak Medical Devices.
