REQUEST FOR AUDIT PROPOSAL

Village of Oxford’s Annual Audit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals for annual audit services for the Village of Oxford will be accepted in the Office of the Village Manager, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, MI 48371, (248 - 628-2543) on or before April 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Web site www.villageofoxford.org.

The proposal should include the firms overall qualifications and experience, organizational structure, resumes of personnel to be assigned, and references. Fee schedules and rates should include proposals for one, three and five years must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: “Village of Oxford Annual Audit Proposal”. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities or technicalities regarding the proposals when deemed to be in the best interest of the Village.
