The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing April 27, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.
1) Appeal # 002-11 Sidwell # 03-32-300-030
Name: Alan Solley
Address: 160 Deerfield Lane
Request: Applicant request a variance to build an accessory building located in the front yard. Zoning ordinance Section 46-242 (1) structures shall not be erected in any residential front yard.
2) Appeal # 003-11 Sidwell # 03-32-300-030
Name: Ralf & Daguar Contzen
Location: 498 Canal Drive
Request: Applicants request a variance to build an attached garage 14 feet from front property line. Zoning ordinance Section 46-215 requires 35 feet from front property line, therefore requires a variance of 21 feet.
