Request for the following

Bid Proposals

Please be advised that the Addison Township Board is accepting bids for the contracts known as the Snow Removal Service Agreement, Lawn Service Agreement, Tile Floor Care Agreement and Janitorial Service Agreement for the Township of Addison located at 1440 Rochester Rd. The proposed contract and specifications for the bid are available at the Township Clerk’s office during regular business hours. All bids/contracts must be labeled Sealed Bid listing the type of bid enclosed. (Example “Sealed Bid Snow Removal Contract”) All bids shall be received by 11:00 a.m. by May 3, 2011, at the Township address as shown above. Bids received shall be opened at the Township offices at that time. Bids may be awarded, rejected or re-advertised at the sole discretion of the Township at the Addison Township regular scheduled meeting of May 16, 2011. Addison Township has and expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without cause and for any reason.
