Monday, April 18 - A driver was pulled over for speeding on N Lapeer and Davison Lake Rd. When an Oakland County Sheriff Deputy ran the driver’s name, it revealed the driver had a suspended license and a warrant from the Davison Police Department. The deputy tried unsuccessfully to get in contact with the Davison PD, so he advised the driver and released the driver on the warrant. The deputy also issued the driver an appearance ticket at the 52-3 district court for driving with a suspended license.

*Oakland County Sheriff Deputies responded to Prosperity Group Home, located at 273 S. Coats Rd. A caretaker reported one of the residents had taken a knife and threatened herself and staff members. One of the deputies was able to disarm the resident without incident. The patient was transported to Common Ground for evaluation.

*Parking complaint in the SW Lot. An officer issued a ticket, but after speaking with the owner of the vehicle, voided the ticket.

*A caller on Crestwood told officers she needed her brother removed from her residence. The caller was transferred to the Oakland County Sheriff substation.

*A suspicious vehicle was reported on East and Louck. It was occupied and running in the DTE power area.

*Report of a street light possibly being broken on W. Burdick and S. Washington. Glass was reported to be on the sidewalk. DPW was advised.

*A suspicious vehicle was reported on Glaspie St. A flatbed trailer was parked behind a building and no one knew who it belonged to. The owner of the vehicle was located and advised and he said he would move the truck.

*Drug overdose on N. Lapeer Rd.

Sunday, April 17 - Report of a dog barking constantly during the early morning hours on Oxford Lakes Dr. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

*A caller stated seeing a drunk driver on Pontiac St. The caller was unable to inform officers what type of vehicle it was or the direction the driver was headed. Officers were unable to locate the driver.

*A person reported smelling gas while walking along Broadway and Glaspie.

*A female walking along the Polly Ann Trail thought she witnessed three juveniles damaging an abandoned house. An officer met up with the three juveniles and they were sent on their way.

*Property damage reported in the church barking lot on E. Burdick and Mill St.

*Barking dog complaint at an address on Park St. Police were unable to locate the dog.

Saturday, April 16 - Oakland County Sheriff Deputies stopped a driver on Seymour Lake Rd. after running the stop sign at Seymour Lake and Baldwin. After smelling an odor of marijuana coming from the driver, the deputy searched the vehicle and found some marijuana, smoking pipes, a grinder and marijuana seeds. The driver was issued an appearance ticket for possession of marijuana and disobeying the stop sign.

*The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department received a call from the Roseville Police Department who had tracked a reported suicidal subject’s cell phone to St. Benedict’s Monastery, and asked for assistance. Deputies from Addison, Oxford, Oakland and Orion substations, along with Traffic and K-9 units and Air 1 arrived to assist. The subject was located and Air 1 saw the subject was armed with a handgun. An officer from the Roseville PD approached the suspect, who surrendered the hand gun and was taken into custody without incident.

*A wallet was stolen from the middle school cafeteria during a volleyball tournament. There are no suspects or witnesses.

*An employee from POH called and told officers a male subject, who was intoxicated and possibly overdosed on medication ran away from the clinic. The employee then called back and said the man had returned.

*Police received a report of fighting and arguing taking place in the Crawford St. apartments. When police arrived, they were not able to hear any fighting or arguing taking place.

*Fight reported on Cardigan Dr.

*Report of some juveniles possibly fighting on Teelin.

*A subject on Dayton called dispatch to report a male was sending threatening phone and text messages.

*Two males were causing a disturbance at an establishment on S. Broadway due to having improper identification to be served. They began yelling obscenities before the management asked them to leave.

Friday, April 15 - A suspicious circumstance was reported on Kirkwood in Oxford Twp. A woman reported someone had broken into her husbands truck, but nothing was taken due to nothing being kept in the truck. The responding deputy noticed the door latch was severely damaged, but there was no external damage to the door or body of the truck.

*A suspicious person was reported on Crawford and Pontiac St.

*Threatening messages were reported at an address on Keith.

*A suspicious vehicle was reported in the SE Lot.

Thursday, April 14 - Oakland County Sheriff Deputies received a tip that a subject on Parker Lake had warrants for his arrest out of Lapeer County. Deputies arrived at the residence and arrested the subject and transported him to the county line, where he was handed over to Lapeer County detectives.

*Report of a domestic disturbance on Keith over loud music.

*A possible drunk driver was reported on S. Washington and Minnetonka.

*A breaking and entering was reported at an establishment on N. Washington. It appeared to be an inside job.

*Money and checks were taken from an establishment on Broadway.

*A pile of dirt was reported in the middle of the road on Dennison.

*A possible case of a driver operating a vehicle while intoxicated was reported on N. Lapeer Rd. as a Pontiac Grand Prix was seen driving all over the road.

Wednesday, April 13 - A wallet was stolen from a classroom at Crossroads for Youth.

*A woman requested to speak with an officer to show him something she found on Center St.

*A citizen asked an officer to check something he received via email. It turned out to be an email hoax.

*There was a report of some neighbors having a dispute on Center St.

*A suspicious person was reported on S. Washington and Dennison.

Tuesday, April 12 - A woman reported her niece allegedly stole money and antiques from her.

*A citizen had some questions about a recovered stolen motorcycle.

*Suspicious vehicle reported on Deer Path Trail.

*Some money was stolen from a purse at an establishment on S. Washington.

*Suspicious vehicle reported on Louck and Church. The vehicle was parked in front of IMP Industries walking trail.
