ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

BIDS RECEIVED: Until 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday May 10, 2011, the Owner will receive sealed Bids for the work as set forth in the Bidding Documents at:

At which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A bid tabulation summary will be
available.
Bidders may obtain sets of the Bidding Documents free of charge from Integrated Design Solutions, LLC.
Please e-mail Ann Green at agreen@ids-troy.com for instructions on downloading electronic copies of the
bidding documents.
5% Bid Bond or certified funds in the amount of 5% of Bid price shall be submitted with Bid.
The successful Bidder may be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment
Bond covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising there under,
each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The cost of such bonds shall not
be included in the Bid. Should the Owner elect to require bonds, the cost of such bonds will be reimbursed to
the Contractor by change order.
The Owner will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
Withdrawal of any Bid is prohibited for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Each Bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have with the Owner, the Architect and their respective
employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, to reject a Bid not accompanied by the required bid security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents or to reject a Bid which is any way incomplete or irregular and to waive informality and irregularity in the bids and in the bidding.
The Owner reserves the right to accept Alternates in any order or combination and to determine the low Bidder on the basis of the sum of the base bid and the Alternates accepted.
