Notice:

Pursuant to the provisions of Village of Oxford Zoning Ordinance No. 327, the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, beginning at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter) in the Oxford Village Council Chambers located at 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan 48371 to consider the following:

Applicant: Ridgelawn Memorial Cemetery

Location: 99 W. Burdick

Parcel ID: 04-22-351-003

Zoning: R-1 Residential

Request: Pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 1.9 Cemeteries, the applicant is requesting a special land use approval to install an access road from the Cemetery including the Willow Street right-of-way connecting to Pleasant Street. The access road would be used as an exit for funerals, otherwise it will be closed off by a gate.
