Called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
All Members present except Supervisor Gibb.
Pledge, Trustee John Steimel. Invocation, Trustee JoAnn Van Tassel.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $318,671.71 and payrolls of $89,482.01. Total disbursement of funds of $408,153.72.
Approved Agenda, as amended. Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, April 18, 2011.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, May 2, 2011.
Approved Minutes, Special Meeting, Wednesday, May 4, 2011.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Application: Lions Club Jubilee.
Approved Request for Waiver of Sign Permit Fee: Lions Club Jubilee.
Received and filed MMRMA Quarterly Report.
Approved Procedures for Supervisor Appointment and require a minimum of four votes of the Board to approve appointments to the Board.
Approved Orion Center Facility Use Policy with amendments.
Approved Orion Center Facility applications and fees.
Held Second Reading and adopted Amendment to Ord. 132: Parks & Recreation.
Tabled Oakland County Equalization Contract for 2011-2013 until a new Supervisor is appointed.
Reconsidered and Rescinded previous Board action of May 2, 2011 Solicitor/Peddler License Application: Donald Bone, Windshield Chip Repair.
Denied Solicitor/Peddler License Application: Donald Bone, Windshield Chip Repair.
Referred Charter Township of Orion Alcohol Policy to the attorney for revisions and consideration at a future Board meeting.
Authorized Safety Path Repairs contract with ASI at a cost not to exceed $40,083.
Authorized Italia Construction for complete remedial Safety Path Repair at the corner of Rohr and Maybee Roads at a cost not to exceed $13,000.
