Meeting convened at 7:00 pm.

The following motions were made, supported and, carried at Atlas Township Board Regular meeting.

1. Motion carried to approve May 16, 2011 meeting agenda.

2. Motion carried to approve April 18, 2011 regular meeting minutes.

3. Motion carried to approve April 28, 2011 special meeting minutes.

4. Motion carried to accept April Treasurer's report.

5. Motion carried to approve bills as presented.
