At a regular meeting of the Groveland Township Board, held on Monday, June 13, 2011, the following Codified Ordinance was approved by a vote of 5-0.

Amend No. 4. SUBDIVISION PLATS and/or SITE PLANS under 2. VACANT - RE-OCCUPIED as follows:

(ALL COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS)

Partial Site Plan - Administrative Review

This ordinance shall become effective thirty days after adoption and publication as required by law. A copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection at the Groveland Township Office, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, during regular business hours.
