NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on August 1, 2011 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan to consider the following:

Request: The applicant is requested an extension to the variance of the terms of Zoning Ordinance #324, Article 4, Section 4.1.2 (C) Accessory Buildings, Structures, Decks and Uses in Single Family Residential Districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3). The variance requested is for a proposed detached garage with a height of 18’ 3 ½ “ which exceeds the 15’ permitted height.
