NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
Per the Charter Township of Oxford Code of Ordinances, Section 6 – Alcoholic Liquor – A Public Hearing will be held by the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees, Oakland County, Michigan on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 7:15 P.M. in the evening or as soon thereafter as may be heard.
The public hearing will be held at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington St., Oxford, Michigan.
To consider the following:
Request to transfer ownership of 2010 Class C Licensed Business with Dance Permit, located at 1076 S. Lapeer, Oxford, MI 48371, Oxford Township, Oakland County, from Italia Gardens of Oxford, Inc. to Italia Gardens Oxford LLC.
All persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the meeting or in writing to Curtis W. Wright, Clerk, P.O. Box 3, Oxford, MI 48371.
Due to the census completed in 2000, the population of the Charter Township of Oxford is 12,485 (as certified), the liquor license quota for Oxford Township is eight (8) and there are eight (8) public licenses for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises currently issued in Oxford Township, which leaves 0 available licenses.
The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
