ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

N O T I C E

A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oxford Veterans’ Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:

ZBA002.11 – Parcel (P -04-27-479-004) – Applicant: Kevin and Bernadette Stanbury, 761 Inverness Dr, Oxford, MI 48371 - Property Owner: Kevin and Bernadette Stanbury, 761 Inverness Dr, Oxford, Michigan 48371

The subject property is located in the Paint Creek Village Subdivision, north of Stanton Road and west of Newman Road in the Single Family Residential (R-1) Zoning District within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.

Approval of this application, as submitted, would require multiple variances from the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Ordinance 67A as follows:
