Request for Proposal (RFP) SOUTHWEST PARKING LOT DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE

Project Descriptions: Build a dumpster enclosure that will house three dumpsters (6 yard size). The design will match dumpsters already built in the other three parking lots in the downtown. Construction should be no later than November 1, 2011 with completion by December 1, 2011.

Submission Information: All bids must be sealed and received either in the DDA office or the Village Offices by 4:00pm on Thursday, September 22, 2011. Bids will be reviewed by 2:00 pm on Friday, September 23, 2011 and the company being awarded the bid will be notified.

Specific guidelines and quantities to use when formulating bid:

1. Dimensions shown on the plan must be field verified and field determined that the layout as proposed will fit within the property limits.

2. Boundary Surveys must be completed before moving any Village or private owned fences/walls in order to establish actual property lines.

3. Restriping of parking lot must comply with zoning requirements and is to replicate the layout plan.

4. Estimated quantities for the project are:

a. Pavement Removal 60 SYD

b. Screen Wall Removal 100 FT

c. 8" Concrete Dumpster Pad 60 SYD

d. Triple Dumpster Enclosure 1 Each

e. Dimensions: 28’ x 15’ (Outside dimensions)

f. Concrete pad dimensions: 28’ x 22’
