NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Brandon Township Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing October 11, 2011 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Brandon Township Offices at 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462.

To consider the following request: A special use as defined in Brandon Township Zoning Ordinance 46-214 GI General Industrial zoned district to operate a metal

recycle center (junk yard) as defined in section (2) on an existing semi improved site known as 103 Wolfe Lane.
