Trustees Present: Waters, Skornicka, Eschmann, Peters, Champion, Baker, Wills Absent:

1) Approved the agenda as presented.

2) Approved the minutes of the August 22, 2011 Village Council Meeting.

3) Approved the minutes of the August 15, 2011 Joint Fire Board Authority Meeting with the Village of Ortonville and Brandon Township.

4) Accepted:

Fire Department Expenditures -August 2011

Ortonville Planning Commission Meeting Minutes – August 2, 2011

Brandon Township Meeting Minutes – August 1, 2011

Brandon Township Special Meeting Minutes – August 8, 2011

Brandon Township Meeting Minutes – August 15, 2011

5) Approved disbursements in the amount of $18,260.96

6) Discussed 190 Oakwood Road.

7) Discussed the 2011 Ortonville Zoning Ordinance Re-Write set for approval at the October 10, 2011 Village Council Meeting.

8) Approved the Resolution declaring November “Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month.”

9) Approved the Motion approving the service agreement with Charter cable to provide basic cable service to the Village Office for $39.99 a month.

10) Approved the Motion approving the payment to Rowe Professional Service Company, a total of $1,200.00, for all bridges in the Village requiring inspection and reporting services including the two creek crossings.

11) Meeting Adjourned at7:55 p.m.
