It was cold, windy and rainy but costumed dogs and dog owners had a howling time at the second annual "Howl-O-Ween" event held by Clarkston Retailers’ Group.

The event included stops at local retailers for dog treats up and down Main Street.It also had a pet expo and costume judging. The first place winner won a dog gift basketful of treats and toys from Clarkston Retailers’ Group.
