1. Approved agenda as presented.

2. Approved closed session minutes of December 19, 2011.

3. Approved the recommendation of the attorneys representing Brandon Township in the Barton VS. Brandon Township case.

4. Approved agenda.

5. Approved the Consent Agenda, which included the following:

· Township Board Minutes for the Regular Meeting of December 5, 2011.

· Appointment of Alternate Charles Murray to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

· Approval of the 2012 Meeting and Holiday Schedule.

· Regular Bills in the Amount of $16,490.38.

6. Approved the Fire Authority’s recommendation to increase TAX TRIBUNAL & REFUNDS in the 2011 budget from $1,000.00 to $2,500.00.

7. Approved Fire Authority’s recommendation to increase MTT (Michigan Tax Tribunal) REFUNDS in the 2011 budget from $1,000.00 to $15,000.00.

8. Approved the 2012 S.M.A.R.T. Specialized Services Contract as presented.

9. Approved the second reading of Amending Ordinance #139-11 Home Occupation Section 46-249 (2) m.

10. Approved the second reading of Amending Ordinance #113-1, Pension Plan, Administration and Health Care.
