TOWNSHIP MEETINGS

REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 17, 2012

Members present: Thurman, McCreery, Stowell, Beltramo, King, DePalma, Gault

Members absent: None

1. Approved agenda.

2. Approval of the Consent Agenda which included the following:

· Special Meeting Minutes of December 19, 2011.

· Regular Meeting Minutes of December 19, 2011.

· Regular Bills in the Amount of $18,695.35.

· Pre-pays in the amount of $11,985.52.

3. Postponed request to renew membership in the Clinton River Water Shed Council for 2012 until after the Township Audit and after the Board has been able to have a budget workshop to review the Township Finances following the Audit.
