TAKEN BY THE TOWNSHIP BOARD

THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF INDEPENDENCE

JANUARY 12, 2012

A. A Special Meeting of the Charter Township of Independence Board was called to order at 6:00 PM at the Independence Township Hall.

B. The Pledge of Allegiance was given.

C. ROLL CALL: Present: Carson, Lohmeier, Petterson, Wallace

Absent: Wagner, Pallotta, Rosso

There was a quorum present.

Also Present: Beth Lawrence, Deputy Clerk; Carol Gabris, HR Director

Approval to appoint Acting Chair

D. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Amended

E. AGENDA ITEMS AS STATED IN THE CALL OF THE MEETING AND AMENDED:

1. Approval of the Check Run in the Amount of $535,856.56.

2. Interviews for Cable Access Manager were conducted.

3. Approval to present recommendation for Cable Access Manager Appointment at the Regular General Meeting January 31, 2012.

H. ADJOURNMENT: The Special Meeting was adjourned at 10:10 PM.
