A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans’ Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request(s):

The subject property is located south of Ray Road and east of Lapeer Road (M-24) in the C-2 (General Commercial) Zoning District within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require a variance according to Zoning Ordinance 67A, Article 9.8 Signs in Non-Residential Districts.
