Monday, February 13 - Breaking and entering reported on Pontiac St. The homeowner told Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies an individual entered his residence through an unlocked door and took a DVR surveillance system, foreign currency and two rolls of quarters. The homeowner thought he knew who stole the items from him.

*A piece of equipment was reported missing from a business yard on Metamora Rd. The reporting person said the last time anyone remembered using the piece of equipment was last summer..

*Assault and battery complaint on Market St. A woman was yelling at staff members over the treatment of her mother. According to staff members, the woman pushed one of the staff members in the back and proceeded to yell at them down the hallway after leaving the room. Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies escorted the woman off of the premises and issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

*Suspicious person reported on Glaspie. A man was sitting on the ground near a bike south of Lakeville Rd.

*A mother and son were heard yelling in the Village police parking lot. An officer came out and spoke to the child and mother.

*A caller on Hunters Rill was having trouble with a intoxicated subject.

*Subject on E. Burdick had blood on his face while sitting in a vehicle.

Sunday, February 12 - Malicious destruction of property reported on Deer Path Trail. A homeowner reported an unknown individual drove up over a curb and drove over some bushes in front of the residence.

*An intoxicated male was being loud and threatening violence on Chinkapin Rill.

*Unwanted subject at a location on Dunlap.

*Larceny of pills and car keys at a residence on Park St.

*Suspicious vehicle and subjects, possibly ice fishermen, reported in the woods next to the lake on Glaspie St. The subjects left when police arrived.

*Suspicious male trying to get into several apartments on Crawford St. The man was spotted wearing just a sweater for outer wear. When the man was found, he was disoriented and suffering from exposure.

Saturday, February 11 - Operating under the influence of liquor reported on Lakeville and Wildcat Dr.

*A strong smell of marijuana was coming from an apartment on E. Burdick.

*Operating under the influence reported on S. Washington and Broadway. A female driver was placed under arrest and taken to the Village station.

Friday, February 10 - Malicious destruction of property was reported on Laurel Leah. A 2001 Chrysler Concord was damaged while parked at a residence. Damage was done to the front passenger door, rear passenger door and deck lid of the vehicle.

*A fight broke out between two brothers on Broadway.

*Suspicious person reported on N. Washington. A man applied for a job, but was upset when he left without a job offer. The caller said he asked her if she wanted to buy some heroin.

*A caller on Lakes Edge Dr. said he was attacked by his son and friends, approximately four to five teenage males. Three of the males were located at Lakeville Rd. and Parker Lake.

Thursday, February 9 - Noise complaint about a business playing music too loud on S. Washington.

*A woman walked into the Village police station saying her computer had been hacked and all of her passwords were changed and contacts in her email had received multiple emails asking for money.

Wednesday, February 8 - An Oxford Twp. man was arrested for domestic assault after he allegedly punched his stepson in the face several times. The man was lodged in Oakland County Jail.

*A caller reported loud noise coming from an apartment on Crawford St.

*A white van with two males in it was sitting in a driveway of a residence on Bay Pointe Dr. Neighbors knew the homeowners were away on vacation and called the village police. By the time officers arrived, the van was no longer in the driveway. Officers secured the residence.

*An auto theft was reported on E. Burdick. A man said he let his girlfriend take his car to get gas, and the girlfriend never returned.

Tuesday, February 7 - A caller stated his pet was flipping out while in the bathtub.

*A caller stated seeing a car on the side of the road on Lapeer Rd. and Drahner Rd. with it’s turn signal on and the driver slumped over the wheel of the vehicle.

*A caller on Brookfield Dr. reported shots being fired and an injured swan.
