ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ZONING ORD. #307

Article I Section 1.6 Conflicting Provisions (medical marihuana prohibition federal law)

Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering an amendments to the Village of Code to Village of Oxford Zoning Ordinance #307, Article I , Section 1.6 by adding the following language:

Uses for enterprises or purposes that are contrary to federal, state, local laws or ordinances are hereby expressed prohibited.

This Ordinance amendment is to be given immediate effect to promote the health, safety and welfare of the community.
