Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on April 3, 2012 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering a rezoning request as follows:

Applicant: Pinecrest Apartments - Lee Knauf, Managing Member

Location: Lakeville Road- two vacant parcels totaling 12+ acres

Parcels ID: 04-23-377-002 and 04-23-377-003

Zoning: R-1 Single Family

Request: Rezoning to RM-1 Multiple Family
