NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Charter Township of Orion Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Orion Township Hall, 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, Michigan 48360, on the following matter:

AB-99-03-2012, Pontiac Sand & Gravel, Inc., 397 Brown Rd., lot 22 of Highland Farms (parcel number 09-32-400-030), lots 23 through 27 of Highland Farms (parcel number 09-32-400-067), and lots 18 through 21, excluding the south 275 feet of lots 18 and 19, of Highland Farms (parcel number 09-32-400-083)

The petitioner is requesting renewal of an Ordinance No. 99 permit for sand and gravel mining, earth excavation, and/or filling and earth balancing with the hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

AB-2012-04, Arnold Sleutelberg, Outlot C of Indianwood Hills No. 2, Sidwell #09-03-201-002

The petitioner is seeking a variance from Zoning Ordinance No. 78, Article XXVII, Section 27.02, A, 1, in order to build a detached accessory structure on a vacant lot, which does not contain a principal structure.
