Called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

All Members present, except Trustee Flood.

Pledge, Supervisor Van Tassel.

Invocation, Clerk Shults.

Recognition: Lt. Bruce Naile, OCSD.

Presentation: Orion Area Youth Assistance.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $432,321.13 and payrolls of $78,779.78.

Total disbursement of funds of $511,100.91.

Approved Agenda, as amended.

Approved Consent Agenda, as presented.

Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, March 19, 2012.

Approved Minutes, Public Hearing: Request to Lease Property, Monday, March 19, 2012.

Received and filed Orion Township Public Library 2011 Audit.

Received and filed Polly Ann Trailway Management Council 2011 Audit.

Approved Solicitation Request: VFW Post 334 Buddy Poppy Drive.

Awarded 2012 Road Chloride bid to the Road Commission for Oakland County for 5 applications for a total of $48,756.40.

Authorized Supervisor and Clerk to sign the 2012 Community Service Agreement with Orion Area Youth Assistance and authorized the distribution of funds in the amount of $20,000, as budgeted

and authorized for 2012.

Approved Request for Permit Extension for an additional 60 days: Digitalink Communications.

Authorized the Clerk to sign the Work Plan and Grant Agreement for Help America Vote Act Polling Place Accessibility Improvement Program.

Adopted Advertising Sales Commission Policy.

Authorized Computer Software/Hardware purchase in an amount not to exceed $37,941.07.

Authorized budget adjustment to increase Water/Sewer Fund line item 592-248-977 from $19,000 to $20,000 for Computer Software/Hardware purchase.

Approved 2012 Tri-Party Cost Participation for Indian Lake Road and authorized the Supervisor and Clerk to sign the agreement.

Received and filed Village of Lake Orion Tax Collection Agreement Report.

Held Closed Executive Session to Discuss Clerical Union Negotiations and Village Square PUD.

Authorized Attorney to proceed as directed regarding Clerical Union Negotiations and Village Square PUD.
