Despite a good showing, the Oxford girls varsity soccer team fell to visiting Royal Oak 4-2 on Thursday, April 26.

Wildcat keeper Darien Bandel had nine saves in the home loss. Coach Larry Ferris was pleased with keeper Bandel’s “outstanding game.”

OHS senior Brianna Johnson caromed the ball off the post twice, narrowly missing two chances to tie the game.

Oxford moves to a season record of 5-9-1, and a OAA White Division League Record of 1-6-1.
