When you come out to see the Independence Day Parade, you may notice some new colors along Main Street. During their June 25 meeting, the City approved a $1,000 expenditure on roses, hostas, and catmint the Department of Public Works planted on June 27.

“When it’s all done, it will look great,” said Ralph Daigle as he dug up soil along the roadside.
