Regular Meeting

The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing July25, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

Name: Harold Stanfield

Location: 4945 Ramsey Road

Request: Applicant requests two variances:

1. Variance on a side yard of 15 feet to allow existing lean to remain 10 feet from property line. Section 46-242 (1) f. requires a side yard setback of 25 feet.

2. Variance of 106 additional square feet to existing 300 square foot lean. Allowed by Section 46-242 (1) d.5. he is in violation by 194 square feet.

Request: Applicant requests a variance to construct accessory structure in the front yard. Section 46-242 (1) c does not allow structures in any residential front yard.
