Hey ladies are you are you looking to enjoy an evening of “giggles, frolicking and friendship?”

Then sign up for Lake Orion’s First Annual Ladies’ Night Out: “Babes on Broadway,” on Oct. 4, sponsored by the Downtown Development Authority (DDA).

The night is a ticketed event for $10 per person. The fee includes a donation to the HAVEN of Oakland County and two “refreshments.” Registration times will be at Valentino’s at 5:30 p.m. or 6 p.m.

“At registration you and your group of friends will be given a ‘Babes on Broadway Bingo Card,” said DDA Director Susanne Perrault. “There will be different stops, all the participating businesses where women can shop, eat, drink, go to the different businesses pick up a little trinket, like a tiara, bracelet, bead necklace - less expensive, but something you can wear.”

After visiting all the businesses, ladies can stop with their group of friends at Lennon Photo where they can get a picture of them wearing all their trinkets.

“You’ll get the photo, you’ll get all the trinkets and then at the end if you stopped at all the businesses and picked up your items then you’ll be entered to win various prizes,” said Perrault. “All the participating businesses are donating a gift basket or gift certificate.”

Participating businesses include Simply Marcella, Amazing Petals Florist, Vignettes, The Angel, Witch & Old Crow Tesori Gifts, Diva’s on Broadway/Twice Blessed, Little Monsters Toys, Celtic Cove & Catholic Bookstore, Salon U, Essential Touch Massage, Lennon Photo, BCF Custom Flooring, Heritage Spinning & Weaving, CJ’s Sandbar, Valentino’s Ristorante Italiano, WR Mason Jewlers, Accent on Art, Lucky’s Natural Foods, and Ed’s Broadway Gift & Costume.
