Called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

All Members present.

Pledge, Clerk Shults. Invocation, Pastor Tony Bryson, First Baptist Church of Lake Orion.

Supervisor delivered Domestic Violence Awareness Month Proclamation.

Supervisor delivered Fire Prevention Week Proclamation.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $273,939.82 and payrolls of $114,968.47.

Total disbursement of funds of $388,908.29.

Approved Agenda, as amended.

Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.

Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, September 17, 2012.

Approved Minutes, Public Hearing: Truth-in-Budgeting, Monday, September 17, 2012.

Approved Minutes, Special Meeting: Budget Work Session, Thursday, September 20, 2012.

Approved Minutes, Special Meeting: Budget Work Session, Tuesday, September 25, 2012.

Awarded Park Signage contract to Tomís Sign Service in the amount of $2240.00.

Set Public Hearing regarding Royal Troon SAD for Monday, October 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

Set CDBG Public Hearing for Monday, October 15, 2012, following Royal Troon SAD Public Hearing.

Received and filed information from OHM, Township Engineers, regarding Skate Park Proposal.

Heard Citizenís Address to the Board regarding hiring an Ordinance Enforcement Officer.

Approved revised DPW Crew Leader Job Description.

Approved Village Police Millage Agreement and authorized Supervisor to sign on behalf of the Township.

Directed Supervisor to notice Village of Lake Orion regarding intention of Township to Vacate or Sell property located at 21 E. Church Street (former Senior Center location).

Approved updated Operations Director Job Description, as revised at the meeting.

Approved Cost Participation Agreement with the Road Commission for Oakland County Tri-Party Project Ė Rohr Road Drainage, and authorized the Supervisor and Clerk to sign on behalf of the Township.

Postponed consideration of Waste Disposal Bid until the October 15, 2012 meeting.

Received and filed Investment Report.

Held Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending Litigation.

Authorize Committee to proceed as discussed in Closed Executive Session.

Authorized Attorney to proceed as discussed in Closed Executive Session.

Meeting Adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
