Madrigal Dinner

November 21, 2012

Clarkston High School Vocal Music performs the Third Annual Ye Olde Madrigal Dinner, Friday-Saturday, Dec. 14-15 at Harvestland Church, 5848 Clintonville Road. Seating begins at 6:30 p.m. with a Rudy's-catered feast.

The performance will showcase the vocal students not only as singers, but as actors and servers as they provide all the regal pageantry and ceremonial pomp of Merrie Olde England.

“In this, our Third Annual Madrigal Dinner, the antics will rise to a whole new level and the beauty of the music of the Renaissance will be on full display. We invite the community to join us in our new holiday dinner theater tradition," says Brian Haverkate, CHS choral director.

Tickets are $35 for general seating, reservation only, and $300 for a King’s Table, which seats eight and is front and center. This event supports the Vocal Music Department for the High School.

Tickets can be purchased by emailing Jodi Stuart at or calling 248-875-7849. Payments must be received by Dec. 1 or the tickets will be released.
