Clarkston's court for homecoming

September 18, 2013

Nominees for the Clarkston High School Homecoming Court were named on Monday as the festivities for Homecoming week began.

The sophomores are represented by Nicole Hanson, Gabbie Bright, Eric Smith and Nate Gipe.

The junior class is represented by Rebecca Didion, Isaac Mansour and Jack McKillop.

The senior class representation is Amanda Hampton, Phoebe Morris, Dana Olsen, George Haight, Jim McKillop and Matt Zurek.

The prince and princesses for the sophomore and junior classes are announced Friday during the pep rally.

The king and queen is named during the football game on Friday during half time.

Amy Quayle, the high school's LEAD teacher, explained this year will be different.

The king and queen will be voted on by their classmates and peers but they will also be interviewed. The votes and how they do on the interview will determine who is crowned.

Come to the game and cheer on your gridiron heroes and this year's Homecoming Court.

Good luck to all!
