My apologies to my friends in government and all others who are trying to make things better and doing it the way it should be done. My closing comment included some people who should not have been. However, the inappropriate, unethical or improper acts of some should not be acceptable by any of us even if done with the best of intentions. To do so will only allow it to happen again and create a bias against all actions that may follow. In my opinion, far too many "mistakes" have occurred, all at the taxpayer's expense, and I have seen little done to stop them from happening again. To those who care and are trying to make things better, I ask you to not quietly sit by and accept any of this as part of our government. It should not be acceptable for any reason.
